The Council of Self is an integrative insight and healing technique to assist in mastering the self-healing power in each of us. The body contains the most natural pharmacy within itself. Sustainable health is encoded in our DNA, within each and every cell. The body knows its own necessity for purification, regeneration, and healing. The Council of Self teaches us how to become aware of this internal wisdom and to take responsibility for our own health at a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level—a natural way of being. Serving on the Council are messengers from each of these levels that communicate when we are in balance or out of balance. A daily dialogue with your personal healing crew becomes the gateway to sustainable health through wholeness—our true nature

Before accessing the Council of Self, also known as your "Healer Within", make a commitment to always create time to hear all aspects of your self without judgment. Dedicate your Self to the process of revealing truth and living purposefully by allowing it to be an integral part of your daily life. The Council of Self is personal. The sacred dialogue is uniquely yours according to your experiences and the way in which you view life. However, the Council naturally expresses your Self in the following way:

• The spiritual energetic messenger expresses through intuition, remembrances, and unconditional love.

By accessing and trusting your inner sight, through an ancient inward scanning process, you will discover energy in the form of a person, place or thing living within your body. This life force draining energy creates energetic blocks in your chakras—the organs of the soul—creating an environment for illness. Upon sourcing and removing the energy through ancient releasing protocols, you balance and harmonize your living systems. This intuitive process allows you to access your personal Akashic Records, the repository/library of all the lives you have lived from the beginning of the beginning.
